The Baton Rouge Speech and Hearing Foundation, serving the Greater Baton Rouge Metropolitan area, plays a huge role in helping autistic children by offering comprehensive communication therapy. The foundation expands outside the autistic spectrum, helping children and adults through audiology and speech therapy. The Baton Rouge Speech and Hearing Foundation was founded by Quota International of Baton Rouge and The Junior League of Baton Rouge in 1960 and celebrated its 50th anniversary last year. There’s another anniversary just around the corner; it’s the 40th anniversary of “Volunteer Activists Luncheon”.

 

Come honor this year’s “Volunteer Activists Award Winners” at the “Volunteer Activists Luncheon” which will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge on May 6, 2011 11:00 am -1:00 pm.

11:00 am – 11:30 am: Registration + Cash Bar
11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Luncheon Program

 

Tickets this year will be $50 per seat and $500 per table. There are different sponsorship levels ranging from $300 to $2,000. Businesses and individuals in and around the Baton Rouge area can support this event and the Baton Rouge Speech and Hearing Foundation by purchasing program ad space.
