MUST BE NICE. LOL, just kidding, I do envy you though. Our market here in Phoenix and the surrounding areas is tough right now. We have over 46,000 Resale Homes for sale here. The number came down about 1,000 but its not as good as it was a few years ago. I hope the best for you and your market.

why dont you learn the motto, that you can con some of the people some of the time, but you cant con all the people all the time, this guy AX is a sweet talking fat dirty slob of a con man, with two failed marriages (where he treated them like trash and mentally tormented them) and now he has kept his 3rd wife waiting in India for over 4yrs, poor girl, he has got not no intention of calling her over to the USA, as he has not told her about the two kids he already he has, he plays these games at the expense of poor girls like this so he comes across to his parents as a good son, only if they knew. he has no university grades and lies on his resumé.
