Fresh Paint

Paint is one of the least expensive decorating items that you can use to make a BIG impact on any room in your home!  If you are thinking about listing your home, go through your home and evaluate how the paint is holding up in each room.

  • Are there visible marks and scratches in the walls?
  • Does the paint appear drab and worn?
  • Does the trim work or moldings pop or do they blend into the same color as the walls?
  • Is your paint color outdated?
  • What is your painting budget?
  • Which rooms would truly benefit from a fresh coat of paint?
  • Can you do the painting yourself or do you need to hire it out?
  • Decide which type of paint will make the most impact on your home.  Flat, eggshell, glossy, etc.?

I have just had several of my rooms re-painted in my home.  The difference is unbelievable.  I am not listing my home to sell but the fresh paint added pizazz and drama and makes me feel great!
