Yes! We MUST have CAR Insurance! for REALTORS (R)  That would be Commercial Auto Insurance~

Carinsurancequote.net recommends that all real estate agents consider maintaining a commercial auto insurance policy. Due to the nature of the work as a real estate agent, you may often be traveling on the road to meet with clients and show houses. If a real estate agent transports clients and fellow brokers to or from a property, it creates an inherent liability. If you get into a car accident, your passenger or the other driver might sue you for damages or medical coverage in the event of an injury. If you carry individual car insurance instead of commercial auto insurance, your insurance carrier could deny your claim on the basis that the car was being used for business use instead of personal use.

I am insured and can take you around to see homes... Call me today~ 888.908.7770, Lauren Selinsky your Southern CA Realtor(R), a Certifed Residential Specialist.

My insurance went up so high, I just can not believe it, it really floored me.  Great post!

Lauren, I only have an 'umbrella' on my policy.  It's not commercial insurance though.  Looks like I need to make some calls.  Thank you.

Chris~ glad it was informative ;) Careful when you give them info as if they know you are a Realtor(R) they may increase your plan...

;) Stacey~ Good to have for those are not great drivers... That makes me laugh that we should probably be good drivers since we are Realtors(R) LOL~
