Christy, there are always a lot of fine homes in Texas and at great prices (per sq foot). Can you tell me why/how builders can create such fine homes at these prices?
Example is that that home at 3546sq ft x 175(per foot here) = 620,550 then the land here put it up about 200K more. So about 800+ in our area.
