Areas include Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura, Oak Park and Newbury Park. What impresses me with these numbers is the total of Contingents and Pendings. In 30-60 days those turn into sales. That indicates the 518 will jump significant.

 

We are climbing slightly in listings but we are still experiencing frustration from the buyers. Multiple offers are difficult. Everyone wants to win on their offer but we agents do not have a crystal ball to know what everyone will do. Put your best foot forward and jump if you really want that specific home.
