For the most part the look of my sign is dictated by RE/MAX, and that is fine since RE/MAX is one of the world's most recognized brands and the familiar red, white and blue sign is one of the benefits of being a RE/MAX agent.
Unlike most of the companies in our area, our sign has our names and our phone number with extension on the sign, no rider necessary. The number goes directly to me so when someone calls, I get to answer.
My addition is the rider, with custom web address specific to the property (and easy to remember) and text message code that lets buyers use their phone to get instant access to price, photos, information and a way to contact me on the spot.
Next up, adding QR codes to my rider. The name of the game is to make it fast, easy and convenient to let buyers get the information they need, when and where they want it!
