Rental inventories in Roseville are down this Spring but that the demand by qualifed applicants has continued.  This of course increases rents and makes landlords very happy.  Though neighborhoods can vary, those properties in the 95661 and 95747 are doing very well.  The 95678 also has experienced increased rents, just not quite like the 10% year over year increases as the other communities.  If you or anyone you know has questions about property management in Roseville please do not hesitate to contact me.
