Coral Springs Realtor closes another Short Sale

Coral Springs Realtor accomplished another Short Sale Approval and we closed today. Another very satisfying day. Did I tell you that I love what I do?! What a blessing!

This Short Sale took just 35 days from contract submission to Seller's Lender to closing. Hey, but wait there's more, read on: 

*This was the homeowners 2nd home & not her primary home

*There was a 1st and a 2nd mortgage note

*There was a high past due Association fees of almost $5000

*There were past due property taxes

Okay...now to the good news!:

1st and 2nd Lender approved Short Sale

Past due associations fees were paid in full

Past due property taxes paid in full

Now this is the best: Complete release of both mortage notes and the deficiency balance was waived having both accounts being reported as account settled with no balance due. Yoo Hoo!

Can't get much better than that! And this is how I earn a living supporting my customers, fighting every step of the way for them and encouraging them to have hope of a much brighter future.
