This demonstrates a unique concept that is very different from so many of the condo complexes in our area. The pedestiran oriented development has shopping and living within a convenient walking distance. The Jeffersonian designed townhomes evoke thoughts of older, well established areas of Boston and New York City.

It is ideal for anyone who is looking for affordable office space combined with your living space just up the stairs. I could see myself opening a small real estate office there, if I was inclined to do so. The price range start at $225,000 for the Carriage Townhomes and from $310,000 for the Live/Work Townhomes.
