The most asked question I get at Hartstene Pointe is;
How can I advertise my vacation home and reach the most people with my message?
First, you must advertise in an area where people are looking to get away for the weekend and/or weeks and maybe even retire! The answer lies in the homeowners that already own at Hartstene Pointe. The homeowners are predominantly from King County (Seattle and the Eastside) and Pierce County (Tacoma and Puyallup). In years gone by we have also seen the influx of out of state owners from Oregon, California and as far away as Georgia. So to get the most bang for your buck I would print advertise in the Seattle area newspaper and the Tacoma News Tribune.
The next place to spend your advertising dollar is through the Internet. The properties at Hartstene Pointe that languish the longest on the market and eventually expire are through real estate companies with no Internet exposure. The only form of exposure is the for sale sign in front of the house (of course this does you little good in our gated community). My traffic on my website and my Blog with YouTube video averages around 200 people or clicks per week. I also show up on the first page of search results for both Google and Bing. I also average around two phone calls per week for people wanting more information about Hartstene Pointe.
Some may say, I'm giving away a trade secret. I don't think of it so much as being a trade secret as I do a marketing strategy for success when selling your property at Hartstene Pointe. I not only sell real estate at Hartstene Pointe, I have been an owner since 1992 and enjoyed every minute of it.
