Thanks to Mary Stewart 's blog The Power of Words, I got to view this powerful video.   I got to Mary Stewart via Margaret Rome's post, The Power of a Thank You Note or I would have missed it.  I'm posting this so that you won't miss it either. 

We often loose sight of the power of words and this is a great reminder that it's not what we say but how we say it that makes all the difference.  Enjoy!!
