I wasn't up to watch it live but caught it on Fox at 8 AM and it was beautiful. And it didn't rain! Awesome and they make a great looking couple.

I slept but my husband watched! I knew there would be many many many more opportunities to watch it, tho not live. I'm not much of a wedding person but I'm glad it was tasteful and not over the top.
I won't be getting up at 4:30 in the morning for my OWN wedding this September. No way was I losing sleep over this one either. Like Susan I knew I'd be seeing replays for days and days to come so I watched while completing my usual morning routine.

I definitely did not get up early LOL! I have watched the highlights during the day. It certainly went well from the ceremony to the police guiding the crowd down to the palace. Did you catch a glimpse of the Archbishop's eyebrows!? Straight out of a Dickens story.
Janice - as soon as I saw him I said a bit of a beard and eyebrow trim was in order!!! Quite the voice tho - WOW.

Hi Fred - No I didn't sleep in. I set the alarm for the dark and early hour of 1:45 am to watch the 2 am CBC, BBC and CNN broadcasts (they were the first ones). CTV started at 3 am. CBS, ABC and NBC did not start until 4 am and I did not watch them. Then, of course, there were the rebroadcasts and wrapups in the evening.

Fred - I pvr'd the wedding - I agree, getting up at 3am would have been a bit much! A group of us went over to my British friend's house, and we had afternoon tea while she played the tape of the wedding in the background. It was delightful. Lots of clotted cream and jam!
I absolutely love the royal family - we're so lucky to be connected to such pomp and ceremony.

These two did their wedding their way...she is such a Attractive Lady...Wow Lucky Guy. He's pretty Cool too and they Soon will be King and Queen....of CANADA!! How Cool will that be, they coming to CANADA in a few months. I think Charles will be Short Lived or passed over.
