Habitat for Humanity has partnered with Lowes to build housing for those less fortunate.
It's so cool. Women learn construction, they work as teams against substandard housing. You will definitely find me at the orientation meeting on Tuesday evening. I CANNOT help with the build on Saturday the 7th; prior commitment, of course. However, I'm sure there is something I can do to help out. And I shall be in the loop, so that NEXT year, I will not make a commitment over the WomenBuild timeframe.
