Joshua took the approach of 'blogging for the people,' in his edition of the carnival.  Those posts often fly under the radar in the RE blogging world.

Many Rainers were mentioned in his "honorable mention" section. Congrats to:

Maureen Francis, Caron Mosey, Thomas Ray, Mary McKnight, Jay Thompson, and in the words of the late great Richie Ashburn.."congrats to that...well...me"

(I know he was a Met, Christine but he'll always be a Phillie)

Cynthia - Enjoy the reading.. I just added more links.

Suzanne - Ohhh - it does not stop there..

Netta - we get alot of great bloggers here on AR - Todd should post a post or two here on AR.

Bryant - I am having a wonderful day.. how about you?  I hope your hiliday off was great..  Now get your arse back to work..

Maureen - it is true.  I try to stay local on my main blog.  I talk about different things on AR than I do on my local one.  SOMETIMES they paths do cross though - and that is ok.  I liked that he kept it Real Estate.

Brian - thank you for the heads up.  Got the rest of the links on there and congrats to you as well.  Richie Ashburn played for Mets for one year the rest of his career he was a Phillie.  He died in NY but.. he for the most part was a Philly.

Christine.... nice job on doing this and the mentions. And if you are a true NY fan... head on over to my series of blogs in regards to Philly. Sports, historic facts/sites, musuems, restaurants...etc etc.

Overall, I can only assume that you are a NY fan because of your statement?

Oh yea... Richie Asburn, he meant a lot to the Phillies. They even have Asburn Alley at the stadium.

Christine:  I don't know what is more impressive abou you:  you're knowledge of real estate or your knowledge of baseball.  Whitey was the Mets' first all-star.  He finished his career with them for the 1962 season.

Hi Matt - I checked my schedule and you are down for December 11th!

**Active Rain is down for hosting the December 11, 2006 Carnival**

Mary - I like that the Carnival is posting all the entry's.  It makes for more reading, but some really great great posts - and aside from the posts the comments are so raw and great to read and view things from other people's eyes.  I love that they are setting the winners in a separate post - but all the entries get recognized!

TLW- Mmmwwwwaahhh!

Brian - Yes "Put-Put" played his final year with the Mets with the almighty  "The Gerbil" Don Zimmer.- but before he came to us he was on Chicago.  He had a great year with the Mets.  He died at 70 in NY.  As all the Mets say "Next year WILL be the year.."

Still love my Yanks though....
