Vindictive people on the Internet ... "VIRUSES" ... ;o(

By
Industry Observer

There sure are some weird people in this world with nothing to do but try and harm people that enjoy life.

What happened to you? Did your mother drop you on your head when you were a baby? Did your girlfriend or boyfriend break your heart and hurt you so bad you can no longer have a relationship except with your laptop? Did all your friends in school call you names because you wore NERD glasses and you had trouble communicating with them because you looked like a NERD? Are you so unsuccessful that you hate and have to try and harm people that are? Has your jealousy of other people depressed you so bad all you can think of is hateful feelings?

“WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU”?

Here is why VB is so angry …

I searched Images on google to show my daughter and family members some photos by Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz that are on the Internet. Well I clicked on one just to find out what URL was attached to it, as soon as I clicked on it a window popped up telling me that there was a VIRUS attached to the photograph. Now who in their “Right Mind” would attach a VIRUS to Vegas Bob’s photograph? A weirdo & someone jealous of VB’s success! Or maybe a person that sells Anti-Virus programs for your computer, and there’s a SCAM in it’s self.

Or maybe these people work for the APPLE CORPORATION and they want all the PC computers off Planet Earth!

What ever their issue is I do own a MAC and it looks like Vegas Bob will have to be using it more often instead of his PC’s … ;o(

“Better Luck” next time my Hacker Friends … ;o)

(PS – Vegas Bob wore NERD glasses in school but didn’t have your problems)

Robert:  I am so sorry that you ran into this jackass on the Internet.  I think you have him pegged pretty well.  What a creep.  The poor clown simply does not have a life, and apparently "gets off" playing games like that.  What a doofus.

Don't let it get to you.  Go give your family a hug, and tell them you need one in return.  Take care...

Hi,

Some people amaze me with the things they do...like attaching a virus to a picture on the internet.

In recent years, I've learned that there are a lot of people that enjoy being miserable and don't feel like they are remotely happy unless they are causing other people to be miserable.

Dear VB -

The nice thing about our era is the virus fighting programs are everywhere.
Many are free --- we just have to schedule using them!

Of course - you are correct -- why don't they just get a life and stop being JERKS!

Have a happy day -
Lynn

Bob, I feel your frustration!!! For months, my Yahoo! mail account has been infected with porno.(really freaky titles for porn)... I have tried EVERYTHING to try to stop recieving these vile photos.  I have changed my password at least 15 times, reported the mails to Yahoo! (that takes ALOT of time to go thru their system). Then the hackers used my address book to RE: their crap to my friends!  Very embarassing as it looked like I was forwarding photos and requests for Viagra distribution....???? Crazy!!!I have loads of anit-virus, malware, etc.  It does not prevent these hackers to continue to send the porno pictures...... it is bothersome and leaves me feeling violated! And also, I opened a picture that immediately infected my laptop.... it cost me $80.00 to clean it up, as my laptop completely shut down and I didn't have a clue as to how to fix it! SCARY!

Bob, and Teri in #7:  Teri, you mentioned using Yahoo email.  And lots of trouble dealing with it.  Bob... I am wondering just how much your email brand you use has to do with letting stuff like this get through.

I use Gmail... and have NEVER had a virus come through.  It has a great spam filter... it usually catches almost all the spam... with viruses or not... and rarely... very rarely... filters out something that is not spam.

I usually check what's in the Gmail spam file before I delete it... but again, rarely do I find anything that should NOT have been filtered out.  Try Gmail if you haven't yet done so.  Just my friendly suggestion.

I didn’t even know someone could do that but my marketing guru constantly warns me about clicking on things. He says that if you want to click, hover your mouse over what you want to click on and you can see the real URL, and if it’s not yours or one you are comfortable with, don’t click!
