Schedule D of the Title Insurance Committment

Schedule D – is the final section of the title insurance policy, and is sometimes referred to as the disclosure schedule.

It contains the required disclosures of the officers of the Title Insurance Company, the premiums that are going to be charged and who the beneficiaries of the premiums will be.

When you received the title committment review it with you client and contact the title company if there are any questions or concerns.
