Sales In a Different City! The Move to Charlotte, NC

OK I have SUCH a new found respect for all my and any seller! "Selling a House SUCKS" lol Ok Now that I got that out of the way!

So its been a little bit since I have given you an update on the sale of my home (Shame on Me) The Good news is "WE HAVE AN OFFER" The some what ok new its a contingence based on the sale of the buyers home. But the offer was good and the buyers home is in the $150,s so I figured it shouldn't take too long to sell (Fingers Crossed)

So you can say I am still in Limbo..but at least we are making progress righ?? Exciting news is I am going up to Charlotte this Monday to look for homes YAYYYYY the fun part!

I am staying with my friend and new partner @lisaarcher I am super excited. Not only are we going to look for homes we will be attending a bunch of meetings plus I get a Bold referesher...so I am looking forward to the upcoming week.
