These are a few keys that might help you to advance into the next level of life. i rather think of life than just a career, because your career is part of your life. These keys i have learned it from other people

- Every mistake or failure brings with it the opportunity to move forward. Do not stay stock on the situation, look at the benefits and learn from it.
- Fear leads to being paralyzed, but the root of it is unbelief. Next time, when you are in a situation that you experience the feeling of fear, find out what lie are you believing. For example, I used to be afraid of making phone call even to clients that had contacted me; one day, i was determined to stop the fear, because i found that the the lie was that i was being rejected even when they had contacted me first. I sat on my desk, and said i renounce the fear of rejection, and then i was determined so i pick up the phone and made calls. after, the first called i felt relief, then the second call more relief, b the 5 call i new that i had discover my enemy and it can not hide anymore. Every time, i felt the same way, i did the same. Now, i feel free to call anyone.
- Since the ladder of success is never crowded at the top. I also remember to keep my eyes on that which is the most important to me, and i take one step at a time to move toward him. Take one step at a time, but start moving.
