There were 7 Real Estate closed sales in the lower Keys (south of Marathon to Stock Island) for the week April 7 through April 23, 2011. The highest priced sale was $675,000 for 172 Sawyer Dr on Cudjoe Key. The lowest was 701 Spanish Main lot 552, also on Cudjoe for $165,000. The medium price was just over $350,000.
This does not include Stock Island or Key West. There were 7 closed sales on Stock Island and Key West. Contact me for more info on them.
2011 sales were 90% for the same week in 2010. Current trends indicate that lower priced properties are starting to move faster, especially with cash buyers. If you want to purchase property in the Fabulous Florida Keys, it is time to get off the fence and make that purchase.
