When we're looking at homes, and you find one you like, it's okay to tell me. You don't need to play it close to the vest. I am working FOR you, and what we discuss is confidential and will not be used against you in any way. Knowing what you're thinking is important to getting you what you want.
You may wish to discuss your thoughts with one another before you share them with me, and that's understandable. But if you really like a home, it's okay to tell me. That won't hurt your chances of making it your home.
