BIG SCREEN CLASSICS AT THE LAFAYETTE THEATRE, Suffern NY
The Big Screen Classics film series sponsored by The Town of Ramapo, continues at the at the Lafayette Theatre in Suffern NY. There's another great lineup of classic films planned for the spring.
Lafayette Theater is a beautiful old-time movie palace that was built in the late '20s. It's unique in that it contains a fully functioning Wurlitzer organ. For those of you that plan to attend any of the Big Screen Classic shows, you're in for a treat. At each of the showings you'll have the opportunity to hear an organ music recital by Jeff Baker on "the mighty wurlitzer" if you get there a half hour early (at 11:00 AM).
