This is a listing I've been working on for 9-10 years, and it's finally available.

I haven't been able to show it prior to this, because it had some very unruly tenants in it who refused all showings.  It's a beautiful recently vacated 24-room mansion, surrounding a lovely atria, in the very popular Mediterranean style.

It has 18 bedrooms, and only one bath.  It's a bit of a fixer-upper, and has what looks-like picture-hook holes in the walls, although they're in odd spots around the house, many near doorways and windows (on the outside of the home... almost looks like the home was attacked by large woodpeckers).

There are dark stains on several of the marble floors (I'm not sure if the stains will come out), and many of the windows have been blown out by some sort of explosion, so they'll need to be replaced.  The home has a fully functional bomb-shelter, fully equipped with canned goods, and a years supply pita, houmous and baba ganoug.

There is no internet service to the home, but it has hot and cold running couriers to all of the important nearby locations, and is surrounded by an eight-foot wall, encompassing the compound.

It's very well located, and the address is 18 Islamabad Road, just outside of downtown.  The home is being sold, due to a recent death in the family, and is listed for a very reasonable 328,000,000 rupees.
