Memorial Northwest: Nearly 4,000 sq ft home built in 1979 with 5 bedrooms, both formals, huge gameroom was listed for 9 months. Received an offer 45 days after home tenders placement and staging. Was eventually leased because seller and buyer couldn't agree on terms.

West University: Brand new 3 level, 3 bedroom townhome on the market for nearly 2.5 years received an offer just 20 days after staging and home tender placement.

Richmond Area/Pecan Grove Plantation: Lovely 5 bedroom home with swimming pool on the golf course. Home was listed for 644 days at the time an offer was received. The offer came 62 days after staging and home tender placement.

Huntwicke Forest: Nice Colonial style 5 bedroom home with both formals on huge corner lot. Listed for 256 days, received an offer 60 days after staging and home tender placement.

Maybe that is what I should try.  The home has lingered on the market for so long that the owner who built it decided to move into it until it sold.

I think the reason it has not sold is because the brick home is in a manufactured home subdivisionand has a kwanzaa (sp) hut across the street.

Sussie, I am sure there's a buyer out there. Is it eligible of USDA financing?
