The other property on Washington Ave. was on the market last year and originally was asking $850,000, but is now asking $659,900. This 131 year old victorian is approximately 3,200 according to the seller. In 2004 there was an addition put on which included a gourmet kitchen, and a new master bedroom with ensuite bath.
