A twist to stainless steel appliances!!

By
Home Stager with Abella Home Staging & Redesign

Here is a twist to stainless steel appliances!! Peel & stick Metal films. It comes in a roll and you simply peel and stick it to just about any surface. As a home stager in New York, stainless steel appliances are all the rage. That's what buyers want and if you have outdated appliances it can turn buyers off. That's whats so great about this product you can turn an outdated appliance into the desirable stainless steel appliance that buyers are looking for without spending a fortune.

Softmetalfilm.com

As you can see from this picture you simply peel & stick it on.

It comes in a roll!

Can be used on just about any surface!

Imagine the possibilities!! You can use it on backsplash, ceilings, workbench, tables, plexiglass, and much, much more!! In kitchens, bathrooms and in any room you want that stainless steel look. You can order a sample sheet for $6, which I did. I had to test it out, and it did just what it said it would. It's also scratch-resistant, durable and easy to clean and easy to remove. You can even use it on stoves, temperature resistant from 50 F to +122 F

What a great product! So the next time you're in a clients' home doing a staging consultation and you see that they have outdate appliances you can recommend this product. A twist to stainless steel appliances!!

That looks great Carmela, but the agent had better be diligent and disclose the fact that the appliances are not stainless steel.

Carmela- I think there's a place for this but as Cynthia (#1) said this definitely needs to be disclosed.  I could see it working in certain types of homes to at least give the buyer the opportunity of seeing what the kitchen would look like should they want to upgrade to stainless steel appliances.

Carmela--I like this for redesign projects where the budget won't allow for new appliances right away.  I can also think of some other fun applications.  I'm glad you field tested this for us!

I agree with Janet....I can see it for a "budget" minded re-design project where the homeowner wants to make the most out of the $$$.  Thanks for the tip!

Kathy, It would give the homeowners some working time before they replaced it with stainless steel.

Laura, It's quite durable. i tried to scratch it and didn't scratch. I used my fingernail and not some sharp tool. They claim that's its more durable then stainless steel.
