Lake Anna's Dockside Realty is counting the days until it's second office opens. Yes, Dockside is opening a second office in New Bridge Landing shopping center. Dockside will be joining Food Lion, Lake Anna Veterinary Hospital, Chef Lee's Chinese Restaurant, and other businesses to provide even better service to our many clients.

Our main sales office remains on the shores of Lake Anna by High Point Marina while our Rental Department, the largest here at the lake, will move to the new location. This will make it very convenient for vacation renters to pick up keys to their rental homes while picking up grocieries for their stay at the lake or having a bite to eat at our new dining spots.
Realtors® will be on duty to answer questions to anyone interested in learning more about Lake Anna and the types of real estate currently available here. We look forward to walk-ins as well as those that would like to make an appointment to meet with a specific agent and/or at a specific time.
