Wednesday flower photographs from the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden

These spring flower pictures were taken during a recent Saturday visit to the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden in Richmond, Virginia. It is a wonderful place to visit. The conservatory and gardens are beautiful. We arrived just after spring showers and the blooms were enhanced by droplets of rain.  Dolores and I really enjoy photographing the flowers and gardens. When you are in the Richmond area, also be sure to visit the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.

Watch for the flower shows if you enjoy photographing flowers. Last weekend, we went to Longwood Gardens on Saturday and Brookside Gardens on Sunday for their spring exhibits.  Always have your camera in hand to capture those special moments. If you have spring pictures to share, please post them in the comments for this blog.

Today, photo number three gets my vote. Don't know why, but it reminds me of "attention to detail." Enjoy the day!

Roy,

Beautiful way to start the day! I liked the first ones best! But when it comes to a beauty pageant, they are ALL spectacular!

Hi Roy - It's raining outside right now and then I see your pictures with some drops on them.  If the sun decides to come out today, I might just get some pretty cool pictures!

Good Thursday morning. I included more flower pictures in my ActiveRain blog this morning.  No Juli, I am not really a gardener. I do some work in our garden but my gardening skills are somewhat lacking. I am better at taking pictures of flowers than growing them.

We have a beautiful sunny day in Maryland and home buyers will be out in force as they take advantage of the attractive home prices and the very low mortgage interest rates. We are fortunate to have special financing for first time home buyers in Montgomery County, MD.

As you work in your community, be sure to have your camera in hand to capture the colors of the season. I few moments concentrating on a beautiful flower is a good way to escape from the challenges of the real estate market.
