Have you ever attended an open house at a Robbins listing? If not, you should.

We like to go the extra mile, and our open houses are no exception. We always serve food – usually hot BBQ sandwiches or hamburgers right off the grill. We also hold a raffle for a $50 gift card. All you have to do is fill out a card to tell us what you think about the house.

I’ve been hearing lately that some neighbors might feel ‘guilty’ about eating free food when they have no intention of buying a house. Please, please, PLEASE come to our open houses. We want to see you and we want you keep our listings in mind for your friends and co-workers. We also need your opinion of our listings to help us improve our service.
