So, they need the current tenants cooperation during the final two months in regards to marketing which means cooperating with showings and potentially open houses with 24 hour notice. So if you schedule a brunch Sunday morning complete with mimosa's and you have several days notice that a showing has been requested denying the showing can potentially cost you your security deposit depending on the language in the lease.
