The Seasons are changing and so is the Real Estate Market With the summer over and fall beginning, Las Vegas finds it's self in the #1 spot on the Nations most foreclosure filings. Las Vegas is experiencing a very unique opportunity for individuals interested in owning Real Estate in Las Vegas, there is a huge inventory to chose from that include foreclosure/pre-foreclosure properties, New Homes,and my favorite High/Mid rise Condos. In fact, if it wasn't for the High/Mid rise Condo sales in Las Vegas the median price would have dove much harder that what was seen.
