As I see it. . . . . . . .

A wise men profits . . . .  

Wise men will use all of the tools required for success and profit from those tools, a fool does not use the tools they have.  

Wise men will learn from their mistakes and will continually improve as a result of the mistake; a fool continues to make the same mistakes and complaints. 

Wise men succeed and the fools will not learn from wise men or their actions.  

Be the wise men and lead the way.  

A wise men profits . . . . . from taking action and using all of their tools.
