Home sales in Whitney Ranch, a master-planned community in Henderson, NV remained consistent in the 3rd quarter of 2007. Six homes and two condos (Galleria Villas) closed in the third quarter, matching the numbers from the previous three months.

Resale inventory has climbed to 22 homes and 6 condos, which puts the market squarely in favor of buyers. Aggressive pricing, maximum marketing exposure and top showing condition are tools sellers will need to use to get showings and offers. Homes in Whitney Ranch still represent good value relative to the overall Las Vegas market.
