When asked "What is the first step to buying a home?", our answer is always to network with a professional, trusted Lender and get a "Pre-Approval Letter" so you won't waste your time that is incredibly valuable to you! This helps save you time for multiple reasons:
- If you know what you are approved for (a limit or price range) your search for your dream home will be easier and more productive. This way you will only see the houses you will qualify for, enabling a more efficient offer process, as well as less frusteration and confusion in the end!
- Every purchase transaction you will be a part of, the Pre-Approval letter will be a requirement. Always be one step ahead and have it with you BEFORE writing an offer...it will save you time in the long run!
- The more information you have about your own financial status, the more you can plan and succeed at your own financial future...to be educated means less confusion in the long run, enabling not only a successful transaction, but one free of dissapointment and heartache.
