As documented on my main blog a while back, a group of us have undertaken farming Westbrook Village, an active adult community in Peoria. I'd originally planned to have the website live by the start of November but life (and a lack of biographical and other information) slowed things down.
I am, however, happy to announced that WestbrookVillageRealEstate.Com is live as of about 10 minutes ago. Here's what I know needs to be fixed:
- E-mail links are not live - they will be later tonight
- The links page is not functional
- Headline number three doesn't yet link to an article - it will tonight
- Sold page needs to be populated
- META tags and separate Titles for each page will be added tonight before I submit to the search engines
Much like Disneyland, we decided to open the doors even as the workers put the finishing touches on everything. And while Walt wasn't much of a fan of criticism, I'm inviting my fellow Active Rainers to Break My Website! I really ought to offer some sort of a prize but it's been a slow month ... maybe Tobey will pass along a few Milk Bones.
Seriously, take the tour and let me know what you think ... how is what we have, what else should we add, etc.
Your help is greatly appreciated!
I cant remember the gal's name but she was the original builder's salesperson for Westbrook Village. She opened up a brokerage back in 2000 to service them. I thought she had a lock on that community. Your website looks great.
I did a few deals for a few of her agents but they were extremely difficut to deal with and she was putting pressure on me to lease an office from her.
