Loris is, well was, a small farming community located just north of Conway on Hwy 701 and just west of North Myrtle Beach on Hwy 9.  During the last year it has noticed unprecedented growth.  The city alone has added numerous large developments to it's city boundaries not to mention the surrounding rural community.  

All the fields seem are being planted in houses, and they do seem to be growing fast.  Prices here are still affordable.  We have one of the top rated hospitals in the nation.  Easy access to major roads systems(hwy 9 and hwy22).  Not to mention the highly anticipated I 73 corridor witch though still in the planning stages has already given Loris two exits to access the small town.  What more could you ask for.
