Steve, congratulations! This stuff really works doesn't it?
ActiveRain and Localism both show up separately in SE results. Often they will show up for the same search term.
Steve put http://www.statcounter.com/ on your blog and watch the results. I am often creating blogs to fill the need for what people are searching for. Don't laugh too hard about that master thingy search.
By all means, delete this post if the links bother you. I just wanted to share how many searches this a.m. alone are local posts. There are a few "randoms" out there but most are specific searches regarding blogs I wrote about that very subject.
Localism is, as they say, "where's it's at".
Localism is focused, indexed all over the place by Google. What more could a hard working agent want?
I just posted a Localism about Foreclosures in Rockville this a.m. before previewing homes all day.
A search for "Foreclosures in Rockville" has this blog #4 10 hours later.

If you haven't done so, go to this website, http://www.rallyforhomeownership.org/
It only takes 30 seconds. This form will go to your local Congressmen and Senators.
CONGRESS MEETS ABOUT THIS TODAY!
HUD should modify to lessen the risk BUT don't get rid of it. This is one of the last programs out there right now that can get buyers into a home with no money. (They still have to credit and income qualify)
