Vallagio- Centennial, CO- I could see myself living here in a couple years, Vallagio is a TOD Transit Oriented Development, which basically means it is very commuter friendly and built around the concept of a wonderful neighborhood utilizing the local transportation systems to create a lifestyle that is very eco-friendly. The community itself has stores, restaurants and several different styles of low-maintenance living that are very conveniently located at the south end of the Denver Tech Center. Park Meadows mall is one mile south and an easy 2 minute light rail commute. The regional ttransportation district RTD has offered light rail service for the past several years to access downtown Denver and all of the sports, art centers and office complexes in the area and it is soon expanding to service to Boulder and Denver International Airport, you literally do not need to drive your car if you live at Vallagio.

Vallagio is a perfect locale for many of Denver's professional athletes, both the Denver Bronco and the Colorado Avalanche training facilities are just minutes away and Coors Field, the Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium are a quick commute.

Vallagio consists of Lofts, Flats, Row homes and Golf Villas, The Lofts are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and are priced starting in the low $200K's and climbing to the upper $300Ks, and feature underground climate controlled parking. The Flats feature 6 models and a larger square footage than the lofts with 2 and 3 bedroom models, currently Vallagiois sold out at the new home center, but they do come up for resale from time to time. The Row Homes are larger still and feature 3 floor plans ranging in square footage from 2100-2700 and current prices are from $450 to the low $500Ks. The golf villas are what are most appealing to me, I love waking up and looking out on a beautifully manicured fairway with non stop, "quiet" entertainment and in the winter the fresh white blankets of snow remain untouched except for the occasional wildlife tracks. Vallagio backs up to one of the nicest courses in the south metro Denver area, The Inverness Golf Club a semi private club that is part of The Inverness hotel and conference center nearby. The golf Villas are also currently sold out but one resale is on the market priced in the mid $700Ks, the golf villas range in square footage from 2700-4100 and feature main floor living and finished basements that walk-out on the golf course.

For the busy executive that travels regularly, Centennial airport is just a couple minutes away as well, the convenient location coupled with all of the amenities in a TOD make this one of the hottest selling areas in Denver.
