The amenities are certainly fabulous, including 8 on-site pools, a fully equipped fitness center, steam rooms, saunas, hot tubs, tennis courts, and of course, fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and the National Seashore.
Beach Club- Another very popular complex, the Beach Club offers a Health & Fitness club, indoor lap pool & whirlpool spa, dry sauna & steam rooms, and more fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Expect to pay around $3,500/year Association dues for a 1 bedroom unit, around $4,800 for a 2 bedroom, and about $10,800 for a 3-4 bedroom unit.
Emerald Dolphin- Located just off Ft Pickens Road, the Emerald Dolphin complex offers a waterfall pool, and excercise room, and views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Sound. A 2 bedroom unit will run you about $8,400/year in Association dues, a 3 bedroom around $9,000/yr.
Emerald Isle- Although these units are slightly older, built in 1997, they still have a lot to offer, with a location directly on the Gulf. There are two pools (one heated) seperated by a bridge and waterfalls, a fitness room with dry sauna and spa, boardwalks to the beach and outside showers. A 2 bedroom units will cost around $6,700/year for Association dues, and $7,800 for a 3 bedroom unit.
