My lovely buyer just settled yesterday on this spectacular end-unit townhouse in the Seven Oaks subdivision in Falls Church, Virginia. This closing has a great story and is another chance for me to praise one of my clients. We had just written an offer on another townhouse when this one came on the market on a Friday morning. She asked me to hold onto it becuase she saw this one come up in the MLS and it looked promising.
However, we could not get in until late Saturday. So I held the other offer and we got into this one as soon as the agent would let us. When walked in we were both blown away at how perfect it was! In both architecture, square footage and improvements, this house beat out the other she almost bought and was priced lower. We wrote a very good offer on the spot.
Well there were multiple bids and she had to resubmit highest and best - and boy did she. She made rational decisions that would get her the house with the least amount of risk. We beat out the other offers and my buyer got her dream house.
This place is an amazing location, just about a mile from Arlington, steps to 7 Corners, and surrounded by fabulous shopping and dining.
