Ok, so maybe I don't spend 24/7 in my real estate business. Truth be told, I think anyone who spends that much time on anything is going to burn out sooner or later. Me . . . I like to play guitar, or more specifically-blues guitar. 
I've been playing now for about 6 years and still have a lot to learn but I'm wondering if there isn't one or two people out there in the beginner to intermediate range that would like to get together occasionally for a jam. Frankly, I need someone to play with so I can refine what I know already and learn some things so I can get better. Have a little fun.
