There are over 40 golf courses within 25 miles of Greenville. Some are public, some semiprivate and a few are resort courses. Golf courses with homes for sale are my area of knowledge. It is my attempt to help people know more about the golf course homes for sale in these selected few fine courses. Additionally, though, I want to help golfers find courses to play and enjoy and, hopefully, save some money on the Greens Fees.
Many visitors to our area are pleasantly surprised by the price of playing and the extrodinary variances of the courses. Many are flat, some hilly, and yes, some cut into mountains. Because Greenville is located in the Upstate of South Carolina the land varies greatly. The top rated designers worked the courses to take advantage of the topography, views, and hazards so golfers can enjoy the game.
