12 Comments on 38th Annual Mother's Day Greek Festival in Waterbury CT May 5-8
Ed, what a great festival to highlight and draw all the locals & beyond out to stop by and EAT! Greek food is a downfall of mine and you showcased it so well..
Oh, looking at that food just made me hungry! I've never been to that one, many in mass, maybe I'll have to take a drive and check it out.
Good morning, Ed. Food, fun, frivolity. What more could Mom ask for?
The Greeks are a fascinating group. Very interesting history, and food. Enjoy the day. Wish I could join you.
Goodness. All you seem to be missing is the Retsina, but then I always had to drown it with sprite to make it remotely drinkable. Looks like a fun and tasty festival.
Oh you KNOW I am wishing I could be there for that! Spanakopita is my favorite. I am so hungry now. Have fun Ed!
Ed - Looks like a great way to spend Mothers Day. Wish I could come... mmm now this post has made me hungry...
Oompah, Ed. Although I have to say that I make the best baklava on the planet, LOL.
Sounds like a fun Mother and Grandmother's event Ed! ;) Now you have us craving some of that soo-VLAH-kee!! Have a great time!
Ed, gyros are one of my favorites, but it is tough to find a good one around here.
Sounds great! Have a fun time :-)
I love all things Greek, and Greek festivals are a lot of fun, as this looks to have been.
