Local Auto Body Shop Bites the Dust...

Councilman Wesson is pleased to let us know of his good news.
Currently Car Nation Auto Body Shop located at the south west corner of Pico & Hauser Boulevards is BEING REPLACED with a two-story retail development. This is the first project in Council District 10 where an auto use is being replaced by retail development. This project is by right (meaning it will not need any special entitlements) and will have 33 parking spaces.

This will bring both new construction jobs and full time permanent jobs to our neighborhood.
