Home sales in Candle Creek, a neighborhood adjacent to the master-planned community of Whitney Ranch in Henderson, NV showed slight signs of improvement during the third quarter of 2007. Five homes closed in this period, up from three in the 2nd quarter.

Existing resale inventory has been reduced to 22 homes, down from 26 in the second quarter. Two homes are in escrow. With a one-year supply of inventory, sellers need to focus on pricing and marketing to create showings and generate offers. Homes in Candle Creek offer good values relative to the overall Las Vegas market.
