  When I meet with a new client that is looking to buy a home. We sit down and talk. I am interested in finding out more about my new clients, and how I can help them buy a home. I want to find out what is important to them, and what they are looking for in a home. I then give them a copy of the purchase contract to go over.

I want my clients to understand the purchase contract. I want them to review the contract, and if they have a question about it ask me. Buying a house is going to be the biggest purchase that most homebuyers are going to make in their life. I want them to understand the contract, because if they don`t, they are not going to feel comfortable.

What I find really amazing are the new clients that I work with that have been using a previous realtor. The previous realtor has never gone over the purchase contract with their client. So they don`t have a clue as what to expect when writing an offer.

That Is why when I tell people that I am a realtor, I also tell them that I am a real estate consultant.
