April 2011 Market Report - Denver Sales
Denver's sales in April showed an increase from March 2011 to April 2011 in overall sales. The average net to seller decreased in one area, and days on market have gone down. The statistics were done on only detached single family homes from $300,000 and over for the Month of April.
This information is for every neighborhood within the City & County of Denver, if you would like a more precise breakdown of a certain area, please let me know.

Joan, April was a good month for the $300K-600K houses as well as the high end ones... WOW 13 million dollar houses sold in April....good market for sure!
Looks like the market is rebounding slightly...DOM is down so sellers should be pleased.
