It is as simple as that...Why cant we just come to the table and talk it out? I already know that you want to win and you should know that I want to win...so why is it that we are not both trying to help the other win? In the end, we all score and life goes on...easier said than done

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO ARGUE...DON'T GET MARRIED

You see in the marriage arena, discussing one subject usually leads to others and before you know it, the original subject has been lost or buried. The reasoning process fails here because of the emotional stake involved by the parties. Reversing the process can cure it..with time

LITIGATION

In lawsuits, everyone starts out with a big bang and positioning...Intimidation's, subtle threats and excessive demands eventually will settle and then the real issues are addressed without all the fan fare. Until then, positioning is the name of this game and then settling

REAL ESTATE

When presenting an offer to a seller or bank, now a days it invites skepticism or a less than predicable response. People looking to play the odds and hope to get lucky with low balling offers just drag out and complicate the process. The other parties retaliate by not responding or dragging the process out.

RESOLUTION

The quicker we can have the cherished and sought after meeting of the minds the better for us all. In all disputes or business transactions, the common ground is where we will find what we have in common and often unite in purpose. Getting there as quickly as possible benefits all

Always wished I had taken more organic chemistry classes. Am convinced that a serum exists that could calm people long enough to get them to listen to the other side. Rational thought really isn't that hard if you can just give it a few minutes without adversarial attitude....

Hello Fred...how true....If you lock people in a room and then proceed to wear them down over time, meaningful exchange follows and everyone gets heard....However, it can take hours or days for some to come around...I have found it worth it if the subject is important...What do we learn in the end?
