I wish they had categories in that contest Kristine!  I would feel better going up against armatures rather than you, Michael, William, Andre,...... etc!  I do have one photo I really would like to enter, but,.... eeeek!  I am a big chicken!  LOL!

Hi Jon!  Yes, these are all from my garden right now.  I have several more flowers that just recently popped open.  Can't wait for my Iris's and Lilly's to bloom. 

Awe Chris, you are always so sweet!  Thank you!  I really am having fun with the camera these days.  I am learning so much everyday!

Oh Shar, get some snowdrops and crocus bulbs this fall!  They are the very earliest bulbs to bloom and a wonderful sign that spring is coming!  I hope you had a great day too!

Oh Juli, thank you.  Yes they are all mine.  I have MANY flowers throughout my gardens and walking pathes.  I am blessed with a huge yard (for a city lot).

Ah dandelions, mother natures hardiest of flowers!  LOL!  Larry, you have to have just a bit of respect for the weeds.  They are just flowers that are tougher than their competition!  I used to have dandelion days with my children.  We would gather the longest dandelions possible and make head dresses, necklasses, and bracelets out of them.  We also made dandelion jelly!  The children very much looked forward to dandelion days!  Hmmmmm,,,,,, new blog post coming up!

Tim, I knew it was killing you not to tell the world about my mud kitchen!  Okay, you asked for it;

It is a winter picture, but it is the only one I have handy!  It really doesn't do the area justice as there is a great rock step entrance where Morning Glories and moon flowers grow around the arbor and bright yellow trumpet vines grow accross the top creating a canopy.  It's at the top of my garden path.  Yes people, the children and I have pots and pans and wooden spoons and create the most wonderful concoctions of mud, water, grass and flowers in this little kitchen!  It really is a mud kitchen!

Oh Mr.Rutman, I am just full of surprises!  He he he, Silly wabit!  But thank you so for the very kind & complimentary words.  I WILL be bringing my cameras with me in June,... so beware!  Bwah ha ha ha!
