Learn To Be a Short Sale Expert - Part 2

By
Real Estate Agent with Broker, Dills Real Estate

Friends, a few days ago I did a post about getting some free training on doing short sales.  I had just watched the first video in a four video short sales training series done by Mark Stafford and was impressed. I actually don't even remember how I happened upon the video at this point - to be honest.  The training is nothing slick or fancy but is full of meat and potatoes.  FYI: Mark is a licensed agent in Phoenix Arizona who has listed and sold many short sales in that metropolitan area. He's done them with and without the infamous Equator system and it's very obvious HE REALLY KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.

Today I just watched last of the four videos in Mark's short sale training series and I've got to say - the whole series is very good!  And I've listed and sold 30 short sales myself in the past 2 years so I do know what I'm talking about if I do have to say so myself.  If you need to learn more about short sales (or just to check your knowledge as "current"), you owe it to yourself to check out Mark's series.  The first 3 videos are about an hour each and the last one is about 30 minutes. They're really well worth the time investment to watch!

Note: Once you've accessed the first link you'll see the links to the other videos in the right hand column of the site/blog.

You can get to the first link here

It doesn't matter if you are a distressed seller, or know a distressed seller, or are someone thinking about purchasing a short sale, or are a real estate agent/broker - you can greatly benefit yourself (or that someone you know) by educating yourself about short sales.  AND, know offense to those folks who've already shelled out $500 to get "certified", but you can learn about short sales FOR FREE.

Disclaimer: I'm not in ANY WAY affiliated with Mark nor am I being compensated IN ANY WAY for recommending Mark's free short sale video training series.  In fact, I've never met or talked with Mark - ever.  FYI: Mark does promote a book of his related to doing short sales in Equator in his last video but it is not required to purchase the book to access his training.  He does the training for free and just offers the book to folks who might find in useful and desirable.

Please come back here and add a comment to this blog post if you decide to check out Mark's free video training and you find it useful.  You can also add a comment if you don't find the video series useful but I'm betting THAT WON'T HAPPEN!

I have never had to do a short sale, but i took a bunch of classes just in case I get a buyer and we see a short sale come up. They are fairly rare in my special location. But so are sales it seems.

Mary, thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting on this post.  Yep, sales are down in all areas - definitely hear you on that.  The short sale videos that I point to in this post are really good and I bet you would learn a thing or two that would help you even if only representing the buyer on a short sale.

Have a great day!
